Implementation Manager

Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end implementation of ViClarity's software for North American clients from kickoff to go-live. Develop and manage detailed project plans and timelines; conduct discovery sessions to gather client requirements and configure the platform; provide onboarding training and ensure a smooth handoff to Customer Success. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Project Management, Customer Success, Product, Support) to continuously improve delivery frameworks; maintain accurate documentation and status updates; proactively identify risks and ensure on-time, within-scope delivery while upholding a high standard of client service.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, or project management
- Credit and criminal background verification required on all applicants
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with GRC, Compliance, or Healthcare software is a plus
- Strong client-facing skills with ability to manage competing priorities and complex stakeholder environments
- Demonstrated success in delivering technical projects on time and within scope
- Experience working with cross-functional global teams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and attention to detail
