Job Summary
Implementation Manager to lead multi-project onboarding of real-time payments programs for clients, owning end-to-end implementation from contract signature to project completion. You will act as the primary client contact, facilitate PMO-aligned project plans and artifacts, manage scope changes with cross-functional teams (sales, compliance, operations, finance, support), assist in onboarding processes, support pre-sales discussions, coordinate internal/external resources for timely launches, become a product/configuration specialist, identify and mitigate project risk, and prepare/train customers to ensure a seamless onboarding and high customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Project Management preferred
- 5+ years of Payments experience
- 5+ years leading and running multiple sophisticated projects at once
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and persistent with the ability to set priorities
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills
- Experience in internal and external stakeholder management
- Experience in early-stage products, markets, and companies preferred
