Job Summary
Lead onboarding tasks, project meetings, and client software training while tracking progress and communicating updates to stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for implementation matters, conducting process analyses to identify improvements and developing strategies to drive change and optimize efficiencies. Proactively identify project risks, establish mitigation plans, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to facilitate collaboration. Provide regular reporting on project performance and key metrics to inform decision-making. This pivotal role drives the successful execution of new and existing client product onboarding, ensuring seamless integration across all departments. Candidates must possess strong troubleshooting, listening, and multi-tasking skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in General Business or business administration, project management, information technology, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of general experience in project management, account management, or related fields
- Working knowledge of IT project management
- Expert in Microsoft Project
- Proficient Adobe Acrobat skills
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Excellent client engagement skills
- Excellent problem resolution and problem analysis skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to use basic office equipment, including copy machine, personal computer, and fax
- Able to type 35 WPM
- Able to travel locally or nationally by car or plane
- Able to sit for long periods of time performing sedentary activities
- Able to stand, stoop, and kneel to file for long periods of time
- Able to push, pull, and lift up to 20 lbs. of files, supplies, documents, or other related items
