Job Summary
Develop the project plan for new client implementations and system conversions, coordinating efforts with clients, internal staff, IT, and vendors. Review all processes and procedures, establish timelines, and facilitate meetings with stakeholders to manage goals and objectives. Provide a framework for proactive issue, risk, and deliverable management while engaging team members to share best practices. Travel to clients if necessary during implementation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in General Business or IT related field from an accredited four-year college or university
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in financial services, project management, or financial technology
- Working knowledge of IT project management
- Proficient in Microsoft Project
- Proficient Adobe Acrobat skills
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Excellent client engagement skills
- Excellent problem resolution and problem analysis skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to use basic office equipment, including copy machine, personal computer, and fax
- Able to type 35 WPM
- Able to travel locally or nationally by car or plane
- Able to sit for long periods of time performing sedentary activities
- Able to stand, stoop, and kneel to file for long periods of time
- Able to push, pull, and lift up to 20 lbs. of files, supplies, documents, or other related items
