Implementation Manager

Job Summary
Lead onboarding and implementation for Payhawk customers by understanding needs, configuring Payhawk accounts, and delivering tailored training; develop and execute customized project plans aligned with SLAs; drive product adoption and maximize value during initial implementation; identify opportunities to optimize customer setups using product data; assist customers in scaling usage; act as trusted advisor to align Payhawk capabilities with clients' processes; collaborate with cross-functional teams and account executives to ensure maximum value and potential upsell; gather customer feedback for product improvements and share insights with Product teams; contribute to customer retention through high contract utilization and satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ year as Customer Success Specialist/Project Manager in a high growth SaaS environment or recent graduate with a relevant degree
- Tech savvy with an ability to fully understand our software
- Native/Near native level of English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to explain complex concepts in a concrete and understandable way
- Excellent organisation skills and detail oriented
- Fast learner and capable to keep up with a fast growing environment
- Ability to prioritise and multitask with clients and colleagues
- Experience in the fintech industry is preferred
Desired Qualifications
