Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs and requirements, gathering and analyzing data to determine appropriate HR solutions. Develop and manage project plans outlining tasks, milestones, and deliverables while monitoring progress and proactively addressing roadblocks to ensure timely implementation over the first 90-120 days. Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, managing the onboarding process and transitioning them to the new service team through trainings, demos, and client meetings. Work closely with internal departments including sales to learn the full Nextep experience.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in successfully working with challenging high-level officials within organizations
