Implementation Manager I, Retirement (Remote)

Job Summary
Complete the implementation of retirement plans by coordinating directly with clients, brokers, and vendors while managing the collection and delivery of regulatory documentation. Audit individual plan designs for inefficiencies and verify compliance and operational accuracy against applicable laws and regulations. Maintain regular communication with onboarding clients to track progress and address questions, while keeping current on industry certifications and training. Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators in all measured areas and perform other duties as assigned by the team supervisor. This full-time, hourly, nonexempt role requires 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday hours and is fully remote, supporting the transition of plans from business development to operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or work equivalent
- RPF certification
- TGPC certification
- QKA certification
- Retirement industry experience
- Attention to detail and accuracy of work
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Professional, articulate verbal and written communication skills
- Motivation to contribute and positive, team-first attitude
- Ability to obtain and keep current on appropriate industry certifications
- Technical aptitude needed to self-support in a remote work environment
