Implementation Manager I, Consumer Driven Healthcare

Coordinate the implementation of Cafeteria and COBRA plans by communicating directly with Clients, Brokers, and Vendors. Manage the collection and delivery of documentation and regulatory paperwork while auditing individual plan designs for compliance and operational accuracy. Maintain regular communication with your case load of onboarding Clients and learn current laws governing these plans to apply them proficiently. Meet or exceed required Key Performance Indicators in all measured areas and perform other duties as assigned by the team supervisor or department Vice President. This fully remote, nonexempt position requires a Bachelor's degree or work equivalent, with CFC or CAS certification preferred, and demands strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
