Job Summary
Implementation Manager role leading end-to-end technology implementations across field and central operations for Homebound’s homebuilding platform. Drive change management, field enablement, and cross-functional program delivery; own rollout strategy, training programs, KPI tracking, and measurement of platform adoption to improve speed, quality, cost, and data reliability for AI model training. Collaborate with product, operations, and field teams to scale systems and processes in a rapidly growing residential construction technology environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical program coordination, solutions implementation, operations, project management, or process improvement
- Willingness to travel regularly, with field immersion in Texas expected at least monthly
- Strong analytical skills including KPI tracking, root cause analysis, and data-informed decision making
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between field needs, technical teams, and business stakeholders
- Experience in residential construction, homebuilding, field operations technology, or similarly hands-on industries is a strong plus
