Implementation Manager

Job Summary
Implementation Manager responsible for end-to-end enterprise deployments on Flagright, owning the project plan, integration and data-migration activities, go-live cutovers, and post go-live stabilization. Works alongside Customer Success Managers to ensure successful delivery, coordinating across engineering, product, and customer teams. Requires strong project management, stakeholder management, technical fluency, independent execution, and travel as needed. Hybrid role with remote work on Mondays and Fridays; location includes San Francisco, CA, with additional US remote options.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in delivery, implementation, or technical project management for enterprise customers
- Ability to own complex deliveries from kickoff to live production state
- Strong project management skills: building and owning project plans, critical path, sequencing, risks and dependencies
- Strong stakeholder management skills across customer and internal teams
- Technical fluency: comfortable with APIs, data, and integrations
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Travel flexibility for customer meetings or team gatherings
