Job Summary
Lead complex, high-priority merchant acquiring and financial institution implementations from initiation through closure. Drive end-to-end delivery by partnering with merchants, sales teams, and bank partners to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality launches. Act as a trusted advisor translating business requirements into actionable project plans while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver integrated Fiserv solutions. Practice functional or process leadership for implementations and conversions, managing resources, schedules, and funding to achieve successful outcomes. Assess business needs, conduct feasibility studies, and prepare cost-benefit analyses to support investment decisions. Interpret and communicate Fiserv services to clients and vendors, serving as the primary contact for assigned projects. Establish and maintain internal and external relationships while escalating and resolving issues and scope changes as needed. Ensure project methodologies and delivery processes are followed, managing risk, issues, and scope change control. Keep abreast of industry developments to define necessary changes to policy and practice.
Required Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in an applicable field
- Demonstrated experience managing project/resource schedules, funding/prioritization and delivering projects (medium-sized projects or multiple small projects)
- Experience conducting feasibility studies, scheduling analysis and making recommendations based on business case analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and to manage ambiguity with tactical follow-through
- Self-motivated with the ability to follow through on issue resolution with minimal supervision
- Broad working knowledge of relevant systems/products/services and the practices of the discipline to make informed recommendations across projects
