Job Summary
Define and drive strategy for large-scale, complex enterprise-wide initiatives involving cloud transformation, technology change, and business process redesigns. Oversee project activities, manage capital and expense budgets, and ensure alignment with corporate strategic roadmaps. Provide leadership to subordinate managers, handle hiring and performance reviews, and take full ownership of project deliverables with minimal supervision. Coordinate priorities across stakeholders, clients, and third-party vendors while validating work against the holistic roadmap. Assume accountability for timeline, delivery, performance, and profitability of the implementation function.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a pertinent field, with the ideal candidate possessing a degree in Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, and/or Economics
- 10+ years of relevant industry experience in the portfolio accounting or fund accounting domains
- Knowledge of business strategy development
- Leadership and organizational skills
- Technical skills (and the ability to learn new technology)
- Conversant with Azure cloud technology, SQL, Java, and APIs
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple deliverables
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Collaborative approach to working
- Agile experience as a product owner or product manager
- Work authorization in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
