Job Summary
Manage client satisfaction, track reference status, and define requirements during benefits delivery implementations. Lead cross-functional teams through the implementation life cycle, overseeing configuration, testing, and third-party integrations for new clients and services. Partner with Client Service and Business Systems Managers to ensure successful transitions to ongoing administration while documenting requirements to meet Empyrean standards. Own accountability for project milestones, client profitability targets, and the resolution of testing issues. Ensure compliance with SOC1 regulations and data security policies, communicating system release impacts and best practices to clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years project management experience managing multifaceted projects and teams, including on-site and/or virtual management
- Knowledge of the Health & Welfare industry, benefit outsourcing systems, business processes and capabilities and services, operations, and delivery
- Understanding of project management tools and techniques, following best practices to initiate, take responsibility for, and achieve defined project outcomes
- Previous benefits administration and direct external client consulting experience
- Experience using conferencing technology such as Zoom or WebEx
Desired Qualifications
- In lieu of Bachelor's degree, equivalent years of experience in benefits administration outsourcing, system implementation, managing client relationships, sales or a related field
