Job Summary
Implementation Manager role (ECP, Grants) leads discovery, configuration, training, and cross-functional collaboration for Euna Grants implementations in the public sector. Senior-level candidates handle more complex engagements and broader internal ownership. Responsibilities include leading client discovery sessions, documenting requirements, shaping implementation scope and configuration plans, delivering configurations per methodology, conducting trainings for diverse audiences, managing issues via UAT and support tickets, and identifying gaps for product enhancements. The role emphasizes translating grants-management knowledge into practical, high-quality implementation, embedding AI tools into daily workflows, and contributing to team onboarding and knowledge sharing. Location: Oakville, ON with hybrid work and occasional travel; compensation range $70k–$110k CAD; BA/BS or equivalent experience required; 4+ years (8+ for Senior) in implementation/customer success; strong grants experience in the public sector preferred; experience with SaaS platforms and AI-enabled processes.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of Customer Success, implementation, or account management experience (Implementation Manager); 8+ years (Senior Implementation Manager)
- Working knowledge of grants management — including grant types, funding compliance requirements, and reporting obligations
- Public sector experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated technical acumen: comfort configuring software, understanding data relationships, and navigating system architecture concepts
- Experience with SaaS platforms required
- Enthusiasm for AI tools and a track record of embedding technology into daily workflows
- Extensive experience training or teaching clients in a virtual environment
- Strong communication skills across written, verbal, and visual formats
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects and deadlines
- Strong analytical and documentation skills, particularly in requirements gathering and configuration work
- Ability to work independently while remaining a reliable, collaborative member of a broader team
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment; adaptable and resilient
- Strong attention to detail; organized and consistent in follow-through
- Location: hybrid in Oakville, ON; travel may be required
- Familiarity with federal grant programs (CDBG, ARPA, HUD, EPA) or similar (Preferred)
