Job Summary
Oversee implementation projects for provider and supplier clients, gathering requirements, creating complex program plans, and negotiating scope to ensure successful outcomes. Drive system integration and onboarding by troubleshooting newly released implementations, addressing escalated client issues with urgency, and mentoring team members. Enhance customer experience and IPM productivity by implementing process improvements through documentation, automation, and AI capabilities. Collaborate with sales, engineering, and customer success teams to execute savings commitments and influence changes to the implementation process based on feedback. Manage project risks, set clear expectations with stakeholders, and deliver projects in accordance with established service level agreements and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or business related field
- 4-6+ years experience in similar or progressive roles
- Proven experience driving successful projects
- Proven experience driving software adoption
- Proven experience leveraging customer success best practice
