Job Summary
Implementation Manager responsible for merchant onboarding and integration after pre-sales closes the technical design. Prepare and deliver a full SOW with test credentials, API documentation, and integration diagrams; define and align a Go-Live timeline; serve as the merchant’s main technical point of contact during integration; manage timelines and risk; collaborate with Product and Engineering to escalate blockers and prioritize features; build internal and merchant UAT matrices; drive a clean go-live process and provide post-go-live support for 3 weeks to ensure stability.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical project management, technical account management, merchant integrations, or technical consulting
- Strong technical understanding of payment integrations (APIs, SDKs, payment gateways, fraud vendors, alternative payment methods)
- Exceptional project management skills: timeline creation, stakeholder management, risk mitigation
- Client-facing experience: comfortable leading technical conversations with merchant engineering teams
- Organized and proactive: capable of running multiple integration projects at the same time
- Experience with UAT planning and test case validation
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Startup or high-growth tech environment experience is a plus
