Job Summary
The Implementation Manager will directly oversee critical data center transport operations for a major hyperscale client, managing technician activities and ensuring the quality of on-site work in a demanding environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on data center experience (transport focus preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory, team lead, or field management experience
- Certifications (Required or Willing to Obtain): OSHA 10 or 30, CPR/First Aid, Ergonomics and safety compliance training
Desired Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of DWDM/CWDM, optical transport, fiber cabling, and field implementation
- Experience with SMF, MMF, OS2, OM3, OM4, ODF, and related fiber types
- Background in fiber installation, testing, commissioning, and decommissioning
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads
