Job Summary
Own end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation for fashion/brand customers on a SaaS data platform. Lead the full lifecycle from contract signature through to successful go-live, including scoping, data mapping, configuration, UAT, data integration, and regulatory readiness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (account management, product, engineering) to define project plans, manage risks, run onboarding workshops, translate customer requirements into development tasks via Jira, test configurations, and deliver scalable implementation playbooks. Demonstrate strong collaboration, communication, and a customer-centric approach to ensure quick value realization and a smooth handover to account management.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years in an implementation, onboarding, solutions, or technical project management role, ideally within a B2B SaaS or data platform environment
- Track record of managing multiple customer implementations simultaneously, delivering to agreed timelines
- Experience with structured data: data mapping, data quality assessment, and formats such as Excel, CSV, and API-based integrations
- Strong project management skills: build and manage project plans, run structured calls, and hold stakeholders accountable
- Confident communicator: able to translate technical concepts clearly for non-technical stakeholders and vice versa
