Job Summary
Lead enterprise onboarding as an AI-enabled Implementation Manager for Rocketlane, owning the full onboarding lifecycle from discovery to go-live, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and integrations with systems like HRMS, CRM, NetSuite, and fintech platforms. Collaborate with Product/Engineering to unblock complex implementations, drive AI-driven workflow automation, and serve as the trusted advisor on onboarding processes and data flows. Bring 5+ years in a customer-facing SaaS role, deep API/webhook/integration experience, proficiency with iPaaS tools (Postman, Workato, Boomi, Zapier, Make), and a strong consultative communication style to manage escalations and deliver measurable value to enterprise customers.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing SaaS/onboarding/technical consulting role
- Experience leading enterprise onboarding projects end-to-end
- Experience designing and translating business workflows into system configurations
- Experience building or supporting integrations between SaaS platforms and third-party systems
- Strong understanding of SaaS data models, APIs, webhooks, auth, and enterprise integration patterns
- Experience with tools like Postman, Workato, Boomi, Zapier, Make (iPaaS)
- Ability to articulate and document requirements, workflows, and integration patterns
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage escalations and tough conversations
- Comfort with AI-assisted development or scripting tools to automate tasks
- Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday/BambooHR, ERP/CRM/Finance tools (nice-to-have)
- Project management mindset or certifications (PMP, CSM) is a plus
