Job Summary
Implementation Manager responsibilities include owning the first 90 days of a subscriber’s journey for ~180 active accounts, leading structured onboarding calls to identify goals and pain points, configuring platform features, delivering ROI-focused milestones, and ensuring a smooth transition to the Subscriber Success team at day 90. You’ll maintain detailed Salesforce notes, stay current on product releases, and provide guidance to merchants on onboarding, feature adoption, and ROI outcomes within a fast-paced Biller Genie environment. Strong relationship-building, consultative communication, and comfort with remote collaboration are essential as you guide merchants through setup, ROI measurement, and ongoing success.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, customer success, or implementation
- proven ability to build rapport with business owners quickly
- consultative communication style
- comfortable with live product configuration and screen-sharing
- data-driven mindset to track ROI metrics
- strong organizational skills for high-volume accounts
- excellent written and verbal communication
- experience with QuickBooks (Online or Desktop), Salesforce, or payment processing is a plus
