Job Summary
Manage initial rollouts for new Benchling customers and expansion projects, owning implementation success from project kickoff to go-live. Build detailed project plans, lead requirements and design workshops, and guide UAT execution to ensure on-time, on-budget deployments. Understand customers' scientific workflows to determine how Benchling best meets their business needs, acting as a trusted advisor to guide them through implementation while documenting pain points for internal product influence. Develop and optimize enterprise training programs, train and onboard users, and work with sales on opportunities for account expansion post go-live. This role requires a degree in molecular biology or related fields and at least two years of lab experience, with up to 25% travel. Employees work a hybrid schedule, on-site three days per week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday).
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Immunology, Bioinformatics, Biological Engineering or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a lab or research setting
- Ability to travel up to 25% based on customer and project needs
- Employees are expected to be on-site 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday)
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degrees
- Experience using Benchling, especially if you've been a Benchling administrator
- Software Implementation experience, preferably with a SaaS software company
