Job Summary
Implementation Lead responsibilities include managing timely and accurate Corporate Account implementations, onboarding tasks across internal Network departments, developing and maintaining implementation project schedules, leading weekly project meetings, coordinating cross-functional teams, interpreting contract terms for account setup, coordinating launches with distributors, ensuring compliance reporting, and driving speed to revenue through effective project management and process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-3 years of project/account management
- Leadership experience
- Interpretation of contract language preferred
- SAP experience preferred
- Project Management Tool experience preferred
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- 2-3 years of experience with web ordering platforms and/or EDI preferred
