Implementation Lead

Implementation Lead based in Pune responsible for delivering large-scale banking technology projects. Leads Agile/Scrum ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, sprints), collaborates with customers and business teams to define feasible tech solutions, manages delivery resources and budgets, mitigates risks, oversees change requests and vendor relations, and drives continuous improvement in SDLC processes while aligning with regulatory and security policies. Partners with software engineers, QA, product managers, and other engineering teams to ensure high-quality features and outcomes, communicates progress to senior stakeholders, and demonstrates Barclays values and leadership behaviours. The role emphasizes strategic planning, action planning across Corporate Technology to remediate issues, and the ability to synthesize complex data to improve delivery outcomes. The position is based out of Pune, with expectations to lead multi-year assignments and guide cross-functional teams toward strategic goals.
