Job Summary
Plan and execute ThousandEyes platform deployments, configure monitoring, document solutions, and deliver customer training to ensure successful adoption and value realization. Act as a trusted technical advisor by providing best-practice recommendations tailored to each environment while engaging with technical and business stakeholders. Prioritize tasks in tight timeframes using project management and consulting experience, leveraging a firm grasp of network protocols and LAN/WAN environments. Apply knowledge of web technologies and programming languages to debug and optimize the platform. Support early success for enterprise customers through hands-on enablement and optimization services.
Required Qualifications
- Project management and consulting experience
- Ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks in tight timeframes
- Firm grasp of network and application protocols
- Experience maintaining or implementing LAN/WAN environments
- Familiarity with web technologies (deployment, maintenance, debugging) including REST APIs
- Experience with at least one programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
- Deep knowledge of the ThousandEyes platform
- Experience with monitoring systems
- Strong foundation in core network architecture
- Polished, customer-facing generalist
- Comfortable engaging with a broad range of technical and business stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- Cisco/Juniper certification
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in a technical field, or equivalent working experience
- At least 5+ years experience working in a customer-facing role
- Experience with Cloud/SaaS software products
- Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
- A standout 'customer first' attitude
