Job Summary
Implementation Engineer responsible for technical solution leadership, workshops, and architectural design for enterprise IT/OT integrations across German-speaking regions, focusing on Digital Employee Experience (DEX) and Remote Control (Tensor) platforms. Roles include leading technical discovery, documenting custom solutions, guiding implementation and adoption, and collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success. Requires 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role, proficiency with RESTful APIs, SQL, and PowerShell, PoC experience, German language, and up to 25% travel. Hybrid work arrangement with on-site onboarding options and potential international travel.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Professional Services Architect, Solutions Architect, Senior Solutions Engineer, or senior Technical Support Engineer) serving large enterprise accounts
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing complex enterprise software solutions
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT and OT architectures and governance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and executive audiences
- Demonstrated proficiency with RESTful APIs, SQL, and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell); experience with PoC engagements and architectural documentation
- Preferred: experience configuring ServiceNow features and/or third-party integrations with ServiceNow
- Fluency in German; travel up to 25% (domestic & international)
