Job Summary
Configure and implement customer solutions for new deployments and support updates to existing environments. Build technical configurations and perform light scripting to deploy customers onto the cloud platform, while collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to manage project progress and technical status. Partner with clients to provide guidance on system capabilities, best practices, and platform functionality, and deliver training sessions to ensure successful adoption. Troubleshoot configuration and implementation issues during deployment and go-live, creating and maintaining documentation, configuration records, and knowledge base articles. Assist with integrating customer and third-party systems using APIs, web services, or URL calls. Manage technical tasks for assigned projects, escalating complex issues as appropriate.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of implementation experience in a cloud computing environment
- Solid understanding of software deployment and implementation methodologies
- Experience supporting Windows desktop, iOS/Android, and IoT device deployments
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and wireless networking
- Basic understanding of audiovisual (AV) technologies and device connectivity
- Familiarity with deployment automation tools such as SCCM, PDQ Deploy, BigFix, Group Policy (GPO), ConnectWise Automate, or PowerShell/DSC
- Basic experience working with REST APIs, web services, or system integrations
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Right to work in Ireland
- Preference for candidates currently based in Ireland
