Implementation Engineer - Lumina AI

Job Summary
Bridge technical engineering and customer delivery to implement Lumina AI solutions from initial setup through go-live and post-launch support. Communicate with IT teams about APIs and database structures while also understanding financial statements, KPIs, profitability analysis, and business performance metrics. Configure APIs, data imports/exports, ETL processes, and data mappings; ensure data quality and integrity; develop and execute test plans and UAT; enable AI-powered analytics, dashboards, and forecasting; collaborate cross-functionally with AI Consultants, product managers, developers, and data engineers to drive successful project delivery and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Strong technical background in software implementation, integrations, APIs, SQL, and data analysis
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting concepts
- Ability to interpret financial data and translate business requirements into technical configurations and reporting solutions
- Configure Lumina AI solutions to support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and related analytics
- Support the design and deployment of AI-powered financial analytics, dashboards, and reporting solutions
- Collaborate with product and development teams to identify enhancements based on client feedback and implementation experience
