Job Summary
Implementation Engineer - Italian Speaker responsible for leading technical solution design and implementation for enterprise IT/OT environments. You will guide customers through discovery, workshops, and adoption, architect custom solutions, document integrations, collaborate with product and engineering teams, stay informed on IT/OT trends, and leverage experience with RESTful APIs, SQL, and scripting (PowerShell). Fluent in English and Italian; travel up to 25%; hybrid work in multiple German cities (Berlin, Bremen, Göppingen, Karlsruhe, Munich, Stuttgart); contract role located in Germany with hybrid arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Professional Services Architect, Solutions Architect, Senior Solutions Engineer, or senior-level Technical Support Engineer
- Architectural Expertise with hands-on experience designing and implementing complex enterprise software solutions
- Strong background in cloud technologies, industrial IoT, data analytics, or IT/OT integration
- Enterprise IT/OT governance models and architectures understanding
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and executive audiences
- Proficiency with RESTful APIs, SQL, and scripting languages (PowerShell)
- Experience with PoC engagements and architectural documentation
- Experience configuring ServiceNow features and/or integrations (preferred)
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Willingness to travel up to 25% (domestic & international)
- Hybrid and Flexible work time with up to 50% home office
