Job Summary
Implementation Engineer I to design, configure, and implement PC-based software and hardware for stack emissions monitoring at power utility and petro-chemical sites. Responsible for onsite installation and testing, integration with StackVision software and data controller hardware, and using SQL Server and Microsoft Office in physical or virtual server platforms. Requires self-motivation, problem-solving, and the ability to manage schedules and customer requests; travel 20-35% overnight. Collaborates on system design, configuration control, cost analysis, product pricing, and client interfaces; may assist with cost estimates, proposals, and marketing activities. Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, math, or STEM field is required, with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, computer science, math, or STEM
- General knowledge of Database applications (SQL Server, MySQL) preferred
- Effective cross-discipline communication
- Ability to travel overnight 20-35% of the time
