Implementation Engineer

Job Summary
Implementation Engineer at DigitalGenius, a globally distributed company with EU-based remote work, responsible for driving the successful implementation of AI-powered customer service solutions. You will onboard customers to the DigitalGenius Platform within weeks, build and configure automation flows, fine-tune AI behavior, integrate with third-party tools (e.g., Dixa, Zendesk, Salesforce) via APIs and webhooks, conduct training sessions, monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and gather feedback to improve the implementation process. Collaboration with Commercial and Customer Success teams to tailor solutions to client needs and ensure timely delivery aligns with UK business hours (GMT/BST). The role emphasizes technical implementation, API integrations, and customer enablement in a remote, EU-based environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in technical implementation or solutions engineering, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of APIs, JSON, webhooks and system integrations.
- Coding experience in Node.js and Python.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Experience in the e-commerce or AI industry.
- Familiarity with customer service platforms and helpdesk systems.
