Job Summary
Implementation Engineer leads technical solution design for Digital Employee Experience (DEX) and Remote Control (Tensor) platforms; conducts technical discovery workshops with enterprise customers; designs and documents custom solutions and integrations, guiding implementation and adoption across complex IT/OT environments; collaborates with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure feasible designs and alignment with product strategy; maintains industry knowledge and contributes thought leadership to roadmaps; requires 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role, strong enterprise IT/OT architecture understanding, RESTful APIs/SQL/PowerShell skills, and fluent German; travel up to 25%; hybrid work arrangement with onsite onboarding in HQ; benefits include salary reviews, bonuses, pensions, and flexible work options.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in a customer-facing technical role
- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing complex enterprise software solutions
- Strong background in cloud technologies, industrial IoT, data analytics or IT/OT integration
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with RESTful APIs, SQL, and scripting languages (PowerShell)
- Experience with PoC engagements and architectural documentation
- German language fluency
