Implementation Engineer, AI Governance

Job Summary
Implementation Engineer, AI Governance responsible for owning onboarding and end-to-end implementation of the Deeploy platform, designing proof-of-concept demonstrations, and translating customer needs into compliant AI governance solutions. You will engage both technical and business stakeholders across data science, ML engineers, IT, legal, and compliance, build reusable playbooks and integration guides, and identify expansion opportunities. The role is hybrid and based in Utrecht, with responsibilities spanning from scoping PoCs to go-live and ongoing customer enablement, reporting to the COO and collaborating with sales and product teams.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years in a solution engineering, implementation, or technical customer success role
- Hands-on experience with data, AI, or ML workflows in a production context
- Fluency in English and Dutch
- A degree in a technical field (Engineering, Data Science, Econometrics, or similar)
