Job Summary
Review, track, and discuss FMLA/LOA History, Disability, and Eligibility Data File support for Large Case Implementations. Coordinate data transfers with internal IT partners and vendor carriers while managing on-boarding migrations for 100 to 100,000+ eligible lives. Act as subject matter experts and liaisons between internal and external teams to resolve file transfer testing issues, audit migrated data for accuracy, and maintain SOPs for vendor migrations. Proactively advise leadership on outstanding issues and manage expectations regarding delayed file submissions. Engage in pre-meetings with implementation managers and customer/vendor meetings to address concerns during ongoing processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred (or equitable years of experience)
- 2 + year of Leave of Absence experience in either claims management or data migration
- Strong problem solving skills (ability to identify, consult, create a game plan and solution when particular issues arise)
- Strong project management skills
- Good time management and time sensitivity planning (deadlines for files are critical)
- Strong communication skills and proactive communication skills
- Understanding of FMLA / State Leave Laws as well as other Employer Authorized Leave Laws
- Ability to speak confidently and persuasively in front of both Clients and Brokers
- Ability to adapt and change
- Ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships at all levels
- Professional business demeanor and the ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial capacity with minimal supervision
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in an autonomous manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products and ability to master applicable systems and processes
- Ability to manage process flows
- Ability to Travel: Up to 10%
