Job Summary
Implementation Director to lead end-to-end software implementations within LexisNexis Risk Solutions’ Professional Services. You will translate Statements of Work and customer requirements into actionable implementation roadmaps, govern projects to deliver on time and within budget, and coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Market Planning, Sales, Account Management, Project Management, Professional Services) to ensure successful outcomes with measurable impact. You will oversee governance, risk mitigation, issue resolution, UAT/hypercare, and clear communication with stakeholders, translating technical concepts about system architectures, integrations, and data inputs into practical delivery plans. Strong collaboration, stakeholder trust, and customer-centric focus are essential to drive regulatory-compliance solutions (AML/CTF, sanctions screening) and client success.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree inBusiness, Computer Science, or Information Technology
- 10+ years of experience in program management or software implementation roles

- Proficiency with PowerPoint, JIRA, AdaptiveWork, and Salesforce
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
