Job Summary
Lead end-to-end software implementations within LexisNexis Risk Solutions’ Professional Services FCC team, guiding cross-functional collaboration from requirements to delivery. Translate Statements of Work and customer requirements into comprehensive implementation roadmaps, manage risk and governance to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, coordinate Product, Market Planning, Sales, Account Management, and client teams, and oversee issue resolution, UAT, and post-go-live support to achieve measurable customer outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Information Technology
- 10+ years of experience in program management or software implementation roles
- Experience with on-premise and cloud architectures, system integrations, APIs
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with name screening software and Screening Compliance Program requirements
- PMP or Agile/Scrum preferred
