Job Summary
The Implementation Coordinator is responsible for implementing SaaS software solutions for clients in the LTL/FTL space, configuring integrations with customers’ systems, and guiding projects to on-time completion. The role serves as the main liaison between internal teams, vendors, and clients; drills into project plans, maintains documentation, tracks milestones, and escalates issues as needed. Responsibilities include planning and executing implementation projects, ensuring data transfers are correct through testing, preparing training materials, providing post-implementation support, and coordinating resources to overcome roadblocks. Requires strong project-management principles, excellent verbal/written communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and project-management software. Must be able to work in-office in Scottsdale, AZ.
Required Qualifications
- Highschool Diploma or Equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, implementation, or a related customer-facing field, preferably in a technical or service-oriented environment
