Job Summary
Implementation Consultant responsible for directly interfacing with customers and partners to deliver Workiva solutions. You will manage customer process designs, execute data migration (mapping and transforming), document processes for handoffs, and train end users or coordinate comprehensive training plans. The role involves independent problem solving within contractual scopes, performing quality reviews of peer and partner work, enabling implementation partners to deliver to Workiva standards, and sharing insights to strengthen the team. Travel up to 25% for customer and internal meetings; remote work within the US is supported. Strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences, familiarity with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and experience with SaaS/cloud technologies are expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field
