Job Summary
Implementation Consultant responsible for leading customer software implementations from the Sales handoff through to Support handover, managing project plans, timelines and risks, coordinating internal resources, building strong customer relationships, leading workshops, gathering requirements, preparing documentation and specifications, configuring the Unifyr platform, and ensuring on-time delivery that meets customer requirements while supporting post-launch handover and ongoing knowledge of Unifyr product capabilities; role emphasizes delivering high-quality solutions, documentation, and process improvements, with travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years’ experience in a software vendor, reseller or consultancy in a customer facing role
- Highly skilled and experienced business analyst
- Specific background in channel management, CRM/PRM solutions, marketing automation or other business applications is preferred
- Technical capability and experience in Salesforce integration (SFDC)
- Excellent communication skills: written, spoken, telephone and presentations
- Proven ability to deliver highly accurate written documentation
- Self-motivated and capable of prioritizing and delivering tasks independently
- Proven ability to process and apply new information quickly
- Commitment to achieving the highest standards of project delivery
- Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective project management and analytical skills
- Able to establish, develop and maintain positive, long-term working relationships with team members and clients
- A result driven, proactive, enthusiastic and adaptable team player who relishes a challenge and the chance to expand and grow their skills

- Willingness and skills to work for short periods on customer site anywhere in the world if needed
