Job Summary
Lead project delivery lifecycle for new RiskSmart client implementations; define and document complex workflows and a statement of work (SOW); liaise with internal teams to deliver client requirements across asset classes; set up PRMS workflows (Position Uploads, P&L, VaR, Stress Testing, Trade Reporting); provide ongoing management of client expectations; deliver user training and onsite or remote support; manage complex implementation projects across internal and external teams; maintain implementation checklists; build and maintain client workflow documentation; manage project lifecycle and log time in FinancialForce; manage client relationships and identify upsell opportunities; communicate with stakeholders across trading, IT, COO, compliance; support marketing campaigns; provide escalation point for ongoing issues; lead and mentor junior staff; proficient with Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence, PSA; English required; occasional evenings/weekends to meet deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Quantitative Finance, Economics, Math, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science or another similar field
- Technical understanding of risk exposures, Greeks, sensitivities, P&L, and Value-at-Risk (VaR) methodologies.
- Exposure to securities and financial markets, with some experience in fixed income, listed derivatives, or credit products
- Proven project management experience, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation.
- Thorough and hands-on knowledge and experience of Risk & Portfolio Management Software workflows and functionality
- Experience with JavaScript, MongoDB, or Python is preferred
- Highly proficient communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to positively engage with and contribute to the wider global team
- Willingness to work occasional evenings and/or weekends to accommodate client deadlines and time-zone differences.
- Ability and willingness to provide leadership to more junior members of a team
- Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence, PSA
- Languages English; Any other languages are an asset
