Job Summary
Own project planning and implementation for new Tropic Customers, spearhead sessions to gather requirements, and build their platform. Lead pain point discovery and process mapping sessions with Finance, IT, Compliance, Legal, and Operations leaders to establish best practices for swift time-to-value. Identify gaps in customer policies and systems to drive efficiencies, then train customers on their new platform to drive adoption. Create implementation content including videos and self-guided trainings to support learning, while documenting findings to prevent repeating the same problems. Motivate the product team to address enhancements and communicate customer needs for future solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in business consulting, business transformation, or implementation at a consultancy or B2B SaaS company
- Strong consultative and advisory skills
- Have successfully deployed and launched software solutions into organizations where success is based on time-to-value adoption, and/or revenue retention
- Strong project management skills
- Have the ability to stay up to date on an evolving product, and propose updates to onboarding practices to support the adoption of the newest releases
- Remote: We are looking to hire someone based in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- It would be nice to have prior experience and understanding of Procurement as a business function
