Job Summary
Execute hands-on implementation activities ensuring successful client onboarding and adoption by configuring software, conducting readiness assessments, and managing project milestones. Partner with Project Managers to support delivery schedules while delivering engaging virtual and onsite training for administrators, dispatchers, and end users. Build trusted relationships with transit agencies, universities, and employers to define project objectives, resolve dependencies, and drive continuous improvement through post-implementation reviews. Maintain accurate documentation in Salesforce and Monday.com while collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams. Work remotely with up to 20% travel, supporting the launch and adoption of the TripShot platform for organizations managing multimodal mobility.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting software implementations, client onboarding, customer success, consulting, training, or similar client-facing technology roles
- Strong understanding of implementation coordination and project execution fundamentals
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and client-facing communication skills
- Experience delivering software demonstrations, training, or user education
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience working independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, Monday.com (or comparable project management tools), Slack, and virtual meeting platforms
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
