Job Summary
Conduct workflow conversations to advise optimal structure for customer onboarding projects and manage technical setup and configuration of the Academic Operations Platform. Serve as the process and system expert guiding clients through their transition from legacy systems, while training and educating them on product utilization to maximize value. Surface implementation blockers and trends to improve the overall onboarding experience and act as a trusted advisor representing the customer's voice to inform sales and product roadmaps. Travel occasionally for kickoffs, trainings, and events. Requires fluency in Dutch and experience with SaaS implementations; 3 days in-office during onboarding phase.
Required Qualifications
- previous experience working directly with software implementations, either as a Implementation consultant/manager or System Owner at a SaaS company implementing configurable software
- Knowledge of, and technical acumen relevant to, the implementation of SaaS products and services
- Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent onboarding projects with varying complexity levels
