Job Summary
Conduct workflow conversations to advise optimal structure during customer onboarding and manage the technical set-up and configuration of TimeEdit throughout the project. Serve as the process and system expert guiding universities in transitioning from legacy systems, while training and educating clients on effective product utilization. Surface implementation blockers and trends to refine the overall onboarding experience and act as a trusted advisor representing the customer voice to inform sales and product roadmap decisions. Travel occasionally for kickoffs, trainings, and events. Join the Customer Success team in Gothenburg to help over 200 universities streamline operations.
Required Qualifications
- previous experience working directly with software implementations, either as an Implementation consultant/manager or System Owner at a SaaS company implementing configurable software
- knowledge of, and technical acumen relevant to, the implementation of SaaS products and services
- a proven track record of managing multiple concurrent onboarding projects with varying complexity levels
- exceptional communication skills in both Swedish and English
- Travel occasionally – for customer kickoffs, trainings, and events
