Job Summary
Implementation Consultant for the ONESOURCE Pagero platform at Thomson Reuters. Responsible for acting as an application and solution specialist, managing multiple cross-functional implementation projects, delivering end-user and super-user training, customizing and configuring applications, supporting pre-sales activities with software demonstrations and scoping, and collaborating with Product, Sales, Support, and partner organizations to deliver end-to-end solutions within agreed timelines and budgets. The role involves hybrid work with 2-3 days in the Madrid office, and a focus on IT integrations and e-invoicing across EU and APAC regions.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in IT integrations and configuration, preferably within e-invoicing
- Understanding of the AP/AR lifecycle and e-invoicing compliance regulations across EU and APAC regions
- Experience delivering end-user and super-user training
- Ability to manage several projects in parallel
- Experience acting as implementation and solution consultant in large, cross-functional implementation or partner projects
- Experience contributing to project management activities (creating/updating project plans and timelines)
- Ability to resolve customer support issues in a timely and effective manner
- Strong collaboration with Product, Sales, Support, and partner organizations
- Experience assisting with pre-sales activities, including software demonstrations and prospect scoping
- Hands-on involvement in application configuration, implementation, and testing
- Ability to design, develop, and document project deliverables within agreed timelines and budgets
- Experience customizing and configuring applications to agreed specifications
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product Management and Engineering in a large technology organization
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field (if applicable)
