Job Summary
Lead the implementation of Civica Revenues & Benefits solutions for local authority customers by running discovery workshops to understand customer processes and requirements. Configure software to meet specific needs, deliver training and demonstrations, and support data migration, testing, and go-live activities. Provide expert guidance on Revenues & Benefits processes while managing risks and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with Project Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Product teams to ensure successful outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Experience implementing or supporting Revenues & Benefits software solutions
- Knowledge of local government Revenues & Benefits processes, including Council Tax, Business Rates and/or Housing Benefits
- Experience working in a consultancy, implementation or customer-facing role
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- The ability to gather and translate business requirements into effective solutions
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience delivering workshops, training or user engagement activities
- A collaborative approach with a focus on customer success
