Job Summary
Lead and manage all aspects of customer implementations for the Attekus Enterprise Solution, ensuring smooth adoption of bookings, events, and ticketing products. Work closely with clients to scope, document, train, and configure software to meet their specific needs. Provide professional training and support to help customers maximize their use of our products while collaborating with internal teams to identify and suggest enhancements. Manage projects with clear documentation, scheduling, and customer communication. Fully remote role open to candidates across Australia and New Zealand with occasional travel.
Required Qualifications
- Consulting experience in software implementation, customer onboarding, or SaaS deployment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated and independent worker
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with ERP financial systems (TechnologyOne or Civica Authority)
- Knowledge of local government, education and/or government facilities booking or event software
