Job Summary
Configure IntelliPen administration systems to meet client requirements, including workflows, data maintenance screens, interfaces, payroll, data migrations, reports, and benefit calculations. Meet with clients to gather requirements, communicate throughout the customisation process for feedback and approval, and customise software based on individual specifications. Educate clients on using IntelliPen and customised features, collaborating with the training team as needed. This role supports major pension schemes and insurers across the UK and North America, leveraging T-SQL and XML proficiency to deliver rapid outcomes.
