Job Summary
Configure the IntelliPen administration system to meet client requirements for payroll and pensions processing, including workflows, data maintenance, interfaces with other systems, data migrations, payroll calculations, and benefit calculations. Meet with clients to gather requirements, communicate throughout software customization, customize systems to client needs, and educate clients on IntelliPen features, coordinating with the training team when needed. Emphasizes hands-on implementation of pensioner payroll and multi-jurisdictional payroll configurations, troubleshooting payroll runs, and delivering knowledge transfer and client training. Core skills include software configuration, client consulting, requirements gathering, data migrations, workflow design, and proficiency with SQL Server Management in a pensions/financial services context.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in implementing software systems
- Hands-on experience configuring or developing pensions or financial services software, including pensioner payroll and payroll calculations
- Adaptable and agile
- Be a responsible and reliable professional, with a consultative approach
- An understanding of business processes and workflows
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- The ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and deliver rapid outcomes
- Confidence to adapt and learn new programmes and systems
- Managing databases using Microsoft SQL Server Management
