Job Summary
Manage end-to-end implementation of HR and Payroll platforms for clients, gathering requirements and configuring systems to meet specific needs. Serve as the primary contact, guiding customers through interactive training while ensuring compliance with Australian Fair Work, National Employment Standards, and New Zealand legislative standards. Perform root cause analysis to optimize platform functionality and partner with subject matter experts to troubleshoot issues and drive timely delivery. Continuously review implementation processes to improve efficiency and maintain strong client relationships focused on high satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of Australian Payroll legislation and Australian payroll processing
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously, meeting critical deadlines
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and educate clients
- Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to handle competing priorities
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of combined experience in HR or Payroll implementations (highly desirable but not essential)
- Exposure to other HR or payroll software and system configurations
- Experience delivering customer training and providing technical support
