Job Summary
Lead end-to-end software implementations from kickoff through go-live, managing multiple projects while coordinating deliverables with clients and internal teams. Conduct discovery sessions to analyze workflows, translate business requirements into scalable configurations, and customize platform settings to meet implementation goals. Support data migration, API integrations, and third-party connectivity, then deliver onboarding sessions, training documentation, and user workshops to ensure successful adoption. Troubleshoot configuration issues, coordinate User Acceptance Testing, and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to resolve blockers and optimize system usability.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Software Implementation
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Consulting
- 3+ years of experience in Client Onboarding
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success
- Experience implementing SaaS or cloud-based software platforms
- Strong understanding of software implementation lifecycles
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong client-facing communication and presentation abilities
- Experience managing multiple implementation projects simultaneously
- Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new platforms
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience supporting data migrations and system integrations
